Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage payroll processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial data reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Assist in audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in Tally, advanced MS Excel, and financial ERP tools.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
